Can I buy with confidence from Kettlewood?Yes, you can. If you have any questions that aren't answered on this site, then
contact us via e-mail or phone. We hope that our friendly, responsive customer service will also reassure you.
Will my credit card details be secure?We do not see or have access to your credit card details if you buy online. All transactions are handled by Paypal, who have an excellent reputation for secure transactions. Your card details will be encrypted to give you maximum protection while shopping with us. To use this payment method select "Credit or Debit Card" from the drop-down list on the payment options page. If you already have a Paypal account, you can choose the express checkout option. This redirects you to the Paypal website where your details are already stored.
Although it is completely safe and secure to pay online, if you would prefer not to give your credit card details online please select "Telephone" from the drop-down list on the payment options page, or alternatively you can telephone our office directly
Can I pay by cheque?Yes, we do accept payment by cheque. We will need the cheque to have cleared before we can dispatch the order to you. Cheques should be drawn on a UK bank, be in Pounds Sterling, and made payable to Kettlewood Limited. Please send cheques/postal orders to our address together with your order reference number from your e-mail confirmation.
Do I need to assemble the furniture?In most cases, the furniture is fully assembled prior to delivery. The only exception to this is beds. Our beds require some very simple assembly and full instructions are supplied. If you order to large pieces of furniture and are worried about access, please contact us prior to ordering. We may be able to assemble on site but there would be an additional charge for this.
Do you offer a colour matching service?Yes, we do on most our products. If you can supply us with a sample to match against, then we can do this for you. Depending on the finish required, there may be an additional charge for this.
Isn't it risky to buy such a large priced item via the internet? No, not at all. You can order with confidence, in the knowledge that you have 7 days within which to claim a full refund. See:
